Equipped with temperature-stabilizing features and recent innovations such as easy-rebuild steam valves and automatic backflush programs, the GB5 S offers baristas control over various parameters, including boiler temperature and brewing volume. It comes in AV (auto volumetric) models, allowing programming of shot volumes and Auto Brew Ratio options.
